We are gourmets, eating well in Bormio has, for us, always been a unique experience. We get this first and foremost from our grandfather, who ruled the kitchen, then thanks to chef Eligio (who was as strict in the kitchen as he was outstanding as a chef) who was with us for 30 years, part of the family.
And today? Today, it is the turn of our chef Samuele, a quiet but very professional man, who maintains these high standards, able to surprise and delight us at every mealtime. He has a natural gift for showcasing the flavours of traditional Valtellina cuisine by putting them at the heart of modern culinary creations.
