Bormio and Alta Valtellina
can be easily reached by car all year round: from Milan
pass through Lecco and Sondrio; from the north through
the Resia Pass, the Drossa and Livigno tunnel.
Bormio is situated about 200 km from the Linate, Orio
and Malpensa airports.
The nearest railway station is at Tirano, from which
runs a bus service to Bormio.
